Cancellation Policy

You may return up to 10% of your original order for a refund, no fewer than 15 days prior to your game date. Tickets must be returned to the Group Sales Department by this deadline. Refunds will be issued onto the purchasing credit card or by check.

Catering

Catering is provided exclusively by Delaware North Sportservice. Menus are available upon request from the Group Sales Department or Delaware North Sportservice. For catering related questions, please call 410-659-0812.

Deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation of all prime games. Prime games include Opening Day and games versus the Yankees and Red Sox.

Gift Certificates (Bird Bucks)

Gift certificates are available for purchase through the Group Sales Department or the Box Office. They can be redeemed for future game tickets, at Oriole Park concession stands and merchandise stands. Gift certificates are redeemable for one year from the issue date and are available in denominations of $1, $5, $10, $20, $25 and $50.

Inclement Weather

The Orioles make every effort to play each game on its scheduled date. Should weather cause the postponement of the game, an announcement will be posted on Orioles. com and be communicated by local media. A game-specific exchange policy will be announced at that time or shortly thereafter.

Oriole Bird Visits

Make your group outing extra special with an in-game visit from the Oriole Bird. Bird visits are $75 and all proceeds will benefit the Baltimore Orioles Charitable Foundation. There are a limited number of visits for each game.

Parking

General parking is available on a day of game basis in Lots F, G and H. Limited parking may be offered in Lots B and C on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Bus parking may be purchased in advance of your group outing for $25. Please order at least 10 business days prior to your game to allow for delivery of the parking pass. Bus parking is also available day of game for $30.

Payment

Full payment is required no later than 30 days after receiving your group invoice. Tickets will be issued once final payment has been received.

Scoreboard Surprises

Fans may recognize that special person’s birthday or anniversary on Oriole Park’s centerfield video board. Please call 888-848-BIRD at least 48 hours in advance to schedule your Scoreboard Surprise. Scoreboard Surprises are $25 and all proceeds will benefit the Baltimore Orioles Charitable Foundation.

Scoreboard Welcomes

A Scoreboard Welcome is complimentary with your group ticket purchase. You may provide your group’s name to your Group Sales Representative when reserving your ballpark outing. Subject to approval, this name will appear on the centerfield video board at the end of the 2nd inning.
