The Boston Red Sox, the American Red Cross, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center join forces each September 11th to honor the memories of those lost in 2001. On the tenth anniversary o f the attacks, the event at Fenway Park collected a record breaking 1,811 units of lifesaving blood. Fenway Park played host to the largest one day Blood Drive event on September 11th in American Red Cross History.
The Boston Red Sox are proud to partner with Action Boston Community Development on its annual "Field of Dreams Fundraiser". This all-day event offers local businesses the chance to make a contribution to ABCD and participate in a charity softball game at Fenway Park.
Since 1969 the Boston Red Sox have invited the regional Babe Ruth Coaches to participate in a clinic at Fenway Park. Throughout the morning the Babe Ruth coaches are given the opportunity to meet with and receive instructional guidance from the Boston Red Sox Major League staff. Later in the day the coaches are invited back to watch the game. Coaches should contact their local Babe Ruth chapter for more information about attending the event.
Christmas at Fenway presented by Stop & Shop is an annual event held at Fenway to give fans the chance to purchase tickets for the upcoming season, meet with select players and enjoy other seasonal opportunities.
The Boston Red Sox annually recognize the members of our community for the encouragements and contributions they make every day to improving the lives of people with disabilities. These individuals have committed themselves to the comfort, equality and future of the disabled members of the community. Those elected are recognized on-field during the pregame ceremonies.
The Boston Red Sox, The Genesis Fund and Boston Red Sox Hall of Famer Carl Yastrzemski are proud to host this special event. Children are invited to Fenway to participate in many exciting on-field events, such as the opportunity to hit from home plate, pitching for speed and accuracy near the bullpens and fielding fly balls off the legendary Green Monster. All on-field activities are weather permitting.

This event gives baseball fans of all ages the opportunity to get involved in the fight against cancer while living out their dreams on the field. Participates are invited to take exclusive tours, hit from home plate and much more.
The Boston Red Sox, The Jimmy Fund, WEEI 850-AM Sports Radio and New England Sports Network (NESN) join forces annually to raise money for adult and pediatric cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The Radio-Telethon is a two-day, 36-hour event that features compelling stories, celebrity guests, sports panels and emotional testimonials from former and current patients and families.
Each Spring Boston public high school baseball teams take to the field at Fenway Park for the All-City Baseball Classic. This event is an opportunity for the City of Boston to recognize students for their academic and athletic achievements. The game is free and open to the public.
This annual fan-favorite gives families a chance to picnic on the field at Fenway while supporting the Red Sox Foundation. The event begins with a half-hour autograph session with Red Sox players, coaches and managers. Guests receive a goodie bag with a new picnic blanket and eat a fabulous barbeque dinner. They also enjoy entertainment and participate in an extraordinary auction with one-of-a-kind items specially donated by the Red Sox Players and their Wives.
