The following Services and Terms are intended to be a general summary of guidelines. Complete and official Services and Terms are available upon request and will be detailed in client contract.
Tastings are available upon request after guaranteed booking of event. Tasting fees vary depending on menu.
We will be happy to arrange for any sub-contracted items necessary for the success of your event!
A deposit of 50% of the total charges for the Event(s) is due a minimum of seven days in advance of the event date. Balance of total charges is due no later than the day of the event. A credit card authorization is required for every event and we gladly accept payment by cash, check and all major credit cards. In the event of a written cancellation, customer shall be subject to forfeiture of deposit in the amount of 25% if cancellation occurs within five (5) days from the scheduled event date and 50% if cancellation occurs within five (3) days from the scheduled event date.
Final food and beverage selections must be chosen a minimum of seven (7) days in advance of the event date. Selections may be limited if chosen within seven (7) days.
An estimated guest count is required at the time of booking. Client shall notify, in writing, of the minimum number of guests guaranteed within seven (7) days of the scheduled event date. If no guaranteed number of guests is received within seven (7) days then food, beverage, and service shall be prepared and invoiced based on estimated attendance.
No food or beverages may be brought into Fenway Park for any purpose without the prior written consent of the Boston Red Sox and Aramark Fenway Park.
Client and all guests of the client shall comply with all applicable local and state liquor laws. Neither the client or client's guests will request, proffer, or serve alcoholic beverages to any minors, or to any persons who, in the opinion of Fenway Park personnel, are intoxicated. For the safety of all guests of Fenway Park, each guest shall be required to supply identification for every alcoholic beverage ordered. Alcohol service may be discontinued at anytime to any person(s) at the discretion of the management. Please drink responsibly.
The Boston Red Sox and Aramark Fenway Park reserve the right to approve, and make changes to, all floor plans, layouts, decor, tables, buffet, service stations, aisles, and staging and breakdown areas of all event areas. Any non-standard room configuration will be considered and may be available to the client at the client's expense.
