All-Star voting for Major League Baseball's annual All-Star Game will take place from May until the end of June. You can vote for your favorite players at ballot boxes located throughout the ballpark or online at reds.com. Remember to vote for your favorite Reds!
Great American Ball Park welcomes Seeing Eye Dogs or other animal assistance utilized by the disabled or visually impaired. All other animals are prohibited.
Guests can request the use of Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) at any Fan Accommodation Station in Great American Ball Park.

Reds players sign autographs before each game when time and Major League Baseball regulations permit. However, we cannot guarantee autograph opportunities will be available. Guests are welcome to seek autographs from players along the railing between sections 111-113 and 133-135 up to 45 minutes prior to game time, or until the end of batting practice, whichever comes first. Guests will then be asked to return to their ticketed seating areas. Please be considerate by not inconveniencing Guests seated in the autograph locations.
Guests with minor automobile problems (jumpstart, flat tire, etc.) can seek assistance from Central Parking System at (513) 946-8100. For assistance with major automobile problems, please contact AAA at (513) 762-3222.
Guests are welcome to bring bags, backpacks and purses into Great American Ball Park provided their dimensions do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" Major League Baseball size requirement. Bags, backpacks and purses are subject to inspection by Reds personnel prior to entrance to the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark.
Standing or stepping on ballpark seats may lead to serious bodily injury. The Cincinnati Reds request, for your safety and other ballpark Guests, that you do not step, stand or use seats in a manner other than intended at Great American Ball Park.
The Reds welcome banners and signs. To ensure that these articles do not distract from the enjoyment of other fans, the Reds request that Guests adhere to the following guidelines:
Please do not place banners/signs in the eyesight of the batter and/or hanging over the outfield fences. Banners should in no way infringe on the sightlines of other Great American Ball Park Guests. Banners/signs may not be placed anywhere inside the playing field, be commercial, political, derogatory or obscene as determined by the Reds. Banners/signs are not permitted in the Diamond Club seating section directly behind home plate. Signs must not utilize wood or metal material or other types of objects for support. Signage in approved areas may only be affixed with string or plastic ties.
The Reds recommend that banners and signs be foldable or collapsible in order to comply with the 16" x 16" x 8" Major League Baseball size requirement. The Reds reserve the right to remove any banner/sign.
Baseball fans 30 years of age and older get the opportunity to play baseball for a full week at the Reds spring training facility in Goodyear, Arizona. Participants enjoy a true major league experience - instruction/coaching from former Reds players, their own Reds major league uniform with their name/number on the back, locker in the Reds clubhouse, accommodations at the Reds team hotel, and much more! Reds Fantasy Camp usually takes place in early February just before the start of spring training. Batting practice begins two hours (2) before each home game. Times are approximate and subject to change without prior notification and at the discretion of either team.

Full bodysuits are not permitted inside of Great American Ball Park. Any covering over the face and head needs to be removed before entry is permitted. It may not be put back on once inside the ballpark.
No glass bottles or cans may be brought into Great American Ball Park. Guests are welcome to bring in soft drinks and water provided they are in clear plastic bottles and the safety seal has not been broken. Insulated foam cups/containers from restaurants, convenience stores or gas stations, etc. are not permitted in Great American Ball Park.

TV: FOX Sports Ohio holds the exclusive local cable and telecast rights for Cincinnati Reds baseball. This season FOX Sports Ohio will broadcast three Spring Training games and 145 regular season games. More Info »
Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders into the ballpark for personal use provided game action is not recorded, as required by Major League Baseball. Cameras and video recorders are welcomed provided their dimensions do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" Major League Baseball size requirement. Guests are requested to avoid standing in the aisles while using this equipment. Guests should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures and refrain from using tripods, monopods and other camera support pods. The Reds reserve the right to remove any Guests who do not cooperate with this policy.
To ensure the safety of all Guests, players and employees, carry-in items will be inspected prior to entrance into the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark. Bags, backpacks, purses, etc. larger than 16" x 16" x 8" will not be permitted into the ballpark in accordance with the Major League Baseball size requirement.

Great American Ball Park is a county facility and it is illegal to carry a firearm, deadly weapon, or dangerous ordinance in Great American Ball Park. Unless otherwise authorized by law, no person shall knowingly possess, have under the person's control, convey, or attempt to convey a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance into the ballpark. A permit to carry a concealed weapon issued by this or any other state does not authorize the holder to carry weapons inside the ballpark.
Off duty law enforcement officers are authorized, under law, to have a concealed weapon on premises. Off duty law enforcement officers who carry a concealed weapon to the ballpark are requested to notify a police supervisor upon entering the ballpark so their identification and seat location can be verified and noted.

Guests are welcome to bring SOFT-SIDED coolers into Great American Ball Park provided the coolers' dimensions do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" inch Major League Baseball size requirement. HARD-SIDED coolers of any size are PROHIBITED from entering the ballpark. Coolers and all carry-in items are always subject to inspection by Reds personnel prior to entrance to the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark. The Reds are not responsible for HARD-SIDED coolers that are left outside of the ballpark gates. Guests are strongly encouraged to return their HARD-SIDED coolers to their vehicles.

If you are looking for the ultimate baseball and entertainment experience, then we have the perfect place for you. With VIP parking, a private entrance, seating in the first eight rows behind home plate and in-seat service, you can't find a better way to enjoy baseball than from the Diamond Seats at Great American Ball Park. Guests who purchase diamond seats receive access to the exclusive Diamond Club, located directly behind home plate under the field level seating. Baby changing tables are available in all public and family restrooms in Great American Ball Park.
The Reds are committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the ballpark. Great American Ball Park is a fully accessible ballpark for all Guests.
Disabled parking is available in the Great American Ball Park Parking Garage for $15 and in the East Parking Garage for $12. While the number of disabled parking spaces is more than adequate, Guests are still encouraged to arrive at the time gates open to improve their chances of obtaining a disabled parking space.
The disabled pickup/drop-off zone is located on Joe Nuxhall Way, from Second Street to Mehring Way, along the west side of Great American Ball Park. Cars, vans and small buses displaying a valid disabled placard or valid disabled license plate will be permitted to enter the pickup/drop-off zone beginning one half (1/2) hour before gates open to approximately one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game. Large school buses and large charter/tour buses are prohibited from entering this zone. Guests traveling to the ballpark in a large school bus or large charter/tour bus should contact the Group Sales department at (513) 765-7600 for information on bus pickup and drop-off locations.
Great American Ball Park has disabled seating available in most seating areas. Disabled seating areas are equipped with electrical outlets for recharging purposes at no cost to the Guest.
If you are seeking a donation for a fundraiser or community event to be held in the tri-state region of Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, please mail a written request (on your organization's letterhead if possible) with a brief explanation of your group/event (including how donations will be used - auction, raffle, door prize, etc.), along with date of event, contact name, address and telephone number to the following address at least four (4) weeks in advance of your event. Please keep in mind only Reds game tickets or ticket vouchers will be donated for approved requests.

For the convenience of our Guests requiring special assistance, seven public elevators and three escalators are located throughout Great American Ball Park. There is an escalator inside Great American Ball Park located near Gapper's Alley. This escalator transports Guests from the Terrace Level to the View Level. However, this escalator does not access the Suite or Club Level. There is another escalator located on the west side of Great American Ball Park near the Reds Hall of Fame. This escalator transports Guests from the Terrace Level to the Club Level. Upon reaching the Club Level, Guests can use an adjacent escalator to reach the View Level.
There are two Fan Accommodation Stations in Great American Ball Park. One is located on the Terrace Level near Section 119, and the other is on the View Level near Section 420. Guest-relations personnel will be on hand to assist Guests with any questions, comments or concerns.

Located on the Terrace Level along the west side of Great American Ball Park, the Fan Zone, built on the former site of Riverfront Stadium, was the second and final phase of construction at Great American Ball Park. The Fan Zone features interactive games for kids, a playground, the Mega Concession Stand, Picnic Deck, Rose Garden, the Concert Stage, the Mike-sell's Picnic Tent and two additional entrance locations for Guests. The grass at Great American Ball Park is comprised of five varieties of Perennial Ryegrass that was grown right here at Great American Ball Park. The turf is growing in a 12-inch root zone composed of 100 percent sand. The drainage and irrigation systems lie below the root zone. The field is capable of handling up to 3 inches of rain an hour with little or no water pooling on the surface.
Due to the close proximity of the postgame fireworks shows ballpark officials are required to take several precautionary measures that could affect your ballpark visit.

For the protection of our Guests, trained medical personnel are on duty for all games and events. Should you have any medical emergency or need medical assistance, please refer to the nearest directional signage for First Aid Station locations, or ask any member of the Great American Ball Park event staff.
Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball be thrown back on the field. Violators will be subject to ejection. Any Guest interfering with a ball in play will be subject to ejection from the ballpark. Any Guest going onto the playing field will be ejected from the ballpark and will be subject to arrest and prosecution. Guests assume all risks and dangers incidental to the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including without limitation, injury from thrown bats, thrown or batted balls and spectator conduct.

Situated along the first-base side of the Club Level, you will have direct access to the FOX Sports Ohio Champions Club, which is conveniently located steps from your seats. This newly renovated club is a first-class ticket to an all-inclusive experience at Great American Ball Park. The FOX Sports Ohio Champions Club Boxes offer a unique hospitality option with seating divided into blocks of four, six and eight seats. This arrangement provides maximum flexibility to accommodate small and large groups. All 62 seats are under cover and anchored by an outdoor bar at the back of sections 306 and 307. All Champions Club Boxes feature TVs to catch live game action and replays. Located in the gap above the Owner's Suite, this premium party area features luxury furnishings by Frontgate, an upscale bar and all-inclusive food-and-beverage service. During the seventh-inning stretch of all weekend home games and other special dates, the Reds "Green Team" consisting of 30-40 volunteers will walk the aisles collecting recyclable items for fans. The Reds and Rumpke are proud to partner on this and other recycling initiatives, which includes more than 200 recycling containers throughout the ballpark. Guests intruding upon the playing field or any restricted area are subject to arrest, penalty of a 180-day jail term and a $1,000 fine. We also ask that you do not throw objects onto the playing field. This could interfere with play and could result in injury to someone on the field. Any Guests with questions or problems during their visit to Great American Ball Park should see their seating coordinator, or a Reds representative at one of the Fan Accommodation Stations located at the Gap on the Terrace & View Levels.
Guests entering Great American Ball Park may be subject to random inspection by electronic wanding or physical means. Carry-in items for all Guests are subject to inspection by Reds personnel prior to entrance into the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark. Carry-in items larger than 16" x 16" x 8" will not be permitted into the ballpark due to the Major League Baseball size requirement.
Guests should report a missing person at any Fan Accommodation Station. Guest Relations staff will work closely with the CPD and Event Staff to locate the missing individual(s).
Guests may inquire about lost and found articles at Fan Accommodation Stations during the game or by calling Guest Relations at (513) 765-7096. All articles are held for thirty (30) days from the date of the game. After that period, they are donated to a charitable group.

Great American Ball Park's brewpub, located on the Suite Level in the left-field corner, is a dedication to the Big Red Machine, the Reds teams that dominated baseball in the 1970's. Guests can take the elevators near section 110 to the Suite Level to access this area. This spacious bar and grille has a blue-collar feel, much like the Reds team of the era. Brick and steel finishes, with an exposed ceiling, set the tone. Additional features of the brewpub include a mini electronic scoreboard, views of the playing field, mock foul poles, outside seats, the zamboni used at Cinergy Field and plenty of Reds memorabilia. Parking for the Great American Ball Park is located on both the East and West sides of the ballpark.
Single game passes are available to disabled patrons in the ballpark garage and the East garage or Central Riverfront Garage for $15 and $12 respectively. These passes may be purchased in person in advance of game day at the Central Riverfront Garage.

On-Site ParkingThere are 3,500 spaces on-site at Great American Ball Park. Day of game parking is available in Lots B or D for $10 or in the Central Riverfront Garage and the East Garage for $12.00. The Great American Ball Park parking lots open 3 hours before game time.

The Cincinnati Reds, in conjunction with the City of Cincinnati, Hamilton County and Metro, are happy to accommodate buses in the Riverfront Transit Center. The Transit Center is a parking tunnel located under Second Street and accessible from either end. It is the responsibility of the group leader to make arrangements for bus parking.
Due to the increased capacity in the Riverfront Transit Center advance bus parking reservations are no longer necessary. Directions to the Transit Center will be sent to the group leader. Please share these directions with your bus driver.

Enjoy the game from this covered deck offering great views of the field, or relax in the padded ballpark seating for a fantastic view of the game. Each deck accommodates 50-70 guests. Guests with radios are permitted to listen to their radios provided the volume does not disturb the Guests in the immediate area. The right to delay the start of a game shall be vested in the home club. Once both teams' managers meet with the home plate umpire and exchange lineup cards, the right to determine whether the game shall be interrupted or terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions is up to the sole discretion of the Umpire-in-Chief. Under the provisions of the Official Playing Rules, the Umpire-in-Chief shall have the sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play shall be halted during a game, whether and when play shall be resumed, and whether and when a game shall be terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions.
Located on the View Level concourse near Section 437, Redlegs Landing is the ideal party area for your group to mingle before & during the game. The Reds Community Fund is the official nonprofit organization of the Cincinnati Reds. Since its inception in 2001, the Community Fund has been dedicated to improving the lives of youth through its baseball-themed outreach efforts.
Programs include the Reds Rookie Success League, a free, coed, character-building program for 6-12 year olds in Greater Cincinnati, Butler County, Warren County, Louisville and Dayton; Youth Baseball and Softball Funding, which underwrites expenses for 325 inner-city teams throughout Reds Country; and Field Renovation, which has helped restore more than 250 baseball fields. Including the Youth Baseball Match and Greater Cincinnati RBI programs, more than 30,000 kids and coaches are connected to the baseball-themed outreach efforts of the Reds Community Fund.
The Reds Community Fund hosts a variety of game-day fundraising and awareness-raising events during all Reds home games. At the Coldwell Banker West Shell Reds Community Corner, fans have access to Major League Baseball authenticated, autographed sports memorabilia from current and former Reds, as well as high-profile opponents. The Reds Community Fund allows unprecedented and direct access to an incredible range of autographed game-used gear directly from the clubhouse. Enter our daily raffles or be the first to place a bid on rare, one-of-a-kind autographed pieces of sports memorabilia. The Reds Community Corner is located on the main concourse level near the Gapper's Alley entrance behind section 120 at Great American Ball Park.
The Reds Community Fund also hosts several Great Clips "Charity Cuts" promotions, during which fans can receive a haircut from professional stylists at the Reds Community Corner. There is a suggested donation of $10 per haircut, with all fees and tips donated directly to the outreach programs.
During each Wednesday and Sunday home game, along with other specially selected dates such as Opening Day, fans have the opportunity to play the "Reds Rally Game" at the Reds Community Corner. This bingo-style game allows fans to follow the action while the Reds are batting, with the first 25 winners receiving great prizes. Reds Rally Game cards will be handed out at all ballpark entrances in addition to being available at the Reds Community Corner.
A series of creative, baseball-themed fundraising events and programs also provides necessary funding for the Reds Community Fund's outreach efforts. Events include the "Redlegs Run for Home" 5K Run/Walk, the Father's Day Catch, and the "CBTS Marty Brennaman Golf Classic" along with others.

The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum is located on the west side of Great American Ball Park on Joe Nuxhall Way and is home to 75 all-time Reds greats. The Reds Hall of Fame boasts the world's largest public collection of Reds memorabilia and artifacts as it explores the history of the Reds from 1869 to the present day. With more than 16,000 square feet of exhibit space on two floors, the Reds Hall of Fame is an interactive facility that focuses on both entertainment and education. The Reds Hall of Fame features two exciting new exhibits: A special tribute to the 1990 World Champion Reds that stunned the baseball world with their wire-to-wire season that culminated with a sweep of the heavily-favored A's in the World Series.
Also featured is a Civil Rights exhibit that explores the important role the Reds have played in advancing the cause of civil rights in baseball.
Museum memberships are available and offer a wide variety of benefits including Reds game tickets. Daily Museum admission is $10 for adults and $8 for students and seniors. Fans purchasing regularly priced Museum tickets Friday-Sunday during the season will receive a collectible gift.

Reds Heads is the official Kids Club of the Cincinnati Reds for all kids ages 14 and younger. The Reds Rover is great for local festivals, charity fundraisers, parades and many other community events. Redsfest is the official annual winter warm-up of the Cincinnati Reds. Traditionally held in early December at the Duke Energy Convention Center, this event features games and activities for kids of all ages, including interaction with past, current and future stars of the Cincinnati Reds. Guests may not re-enter Great American Ball Park unless they have made arrangements with the Reds Guest Relations Staff prior to leaving. Re-entry accommodations are up to the discretion of the Reds and strictly limited to emergencies only.

On the façade located under the Press Box in Great American Ball Park are all the retired Reds numbers. The eight Reds who have had their numbers retired are #1 Fred Hutchinson, #5 Johnny Bench, #8 Joe Morgan, #10 Sparky Anderson, #13 David Concepcion, #18 Ted Kluszewski, #20 Frank Robinson and #24 Tony Perez. All Major League Baseball teams have retired #42 to honor Jackie Robinson's contributions to the game of baseball.
Also on the façade are the retired microphones of Waite Hoyt, Joe Nuxhall and Marty Brennaman. Retired in 2007, these microphones symbolize three of the great radio broadcasters that have called Reds games throughout the years.
The Riverfront Club is a private dining club located in right field on the Club Level of Great American Ball Park. Guests can take the elevators or stairs, near Section 135, to the Club Level to access the Riverfront Club. The Scout Box Seats are located directly behind home plate and start with the ninth row. The section earned its name because these are the seats that Major League scouts occupy to evaluate talent. These padded seats, which are about two inches wider than other seats in the ballpark, include a host of amenities, including in-seat food and beverage service, access to Scouts Alley, a private lounge for scout box and scout seat holders only. The Cincinnati Reds believe the safety of our fans is of utmost importance. Severe weather can arise quickly and become a concern for our fans throughout the season. To better insure fan safety, the Cincinnati Reds are proud to have become recognized through the National Weather Service, as a StormReady Facility.
This designation means the Cincinnati Reds have trained and prepared the proper shelters and evacuation plans and procedures which have been approved by the National Weather Service, Hamilton County, and Ohio Emergency Management Officials. In the event of severe weather, you can be assured that the Reds staff will be monitoring the weather and will protect our fans, by taking the appropriate action when needed.
Ohio voters passed issue Number 5, on Nov. 7, 2006, which calls for a smoking ban in public facilities and places of employment under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3794. Thus, Great American Ball Park has been designated as a completely non-smoking facility. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside of Great American Ball Park and are not permitted to exit and re-enter for the purpose of smoking. Violators may be subject to ejection and potential fines. Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) are also prohibited.
Interested in having a Reds representative at your next meeting or event? Team Historian Greg Rhodes and select front office personnel will share the ins and outs of Reds baseball. Great American Ball Park welcomes Guests that bring and utilize their own strollers. However, the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit general Guest movement, block any aisle, or be placed under your seats. If not in use, they can be stored in our Fan Accommodation Stations. Strollers are not available to rent. Strollers may be subject to search by game-day security staff.

Ticket orders received within seven days of game date will not be mailed. Tickets will be left in the name in which they were ordered and may be picked up one and a half hours before game time at the "Paid Will Call" window. A photo ID is required to pick up your tickets at Will Call. (Best available seats will be substituted if seat type ordered is not available.)

All Reds tickets purchased through tickets.com (reds.com) internet, phone and MyReds may be picked up anytime at the Great American Ball Park Ticketing Kiosks. Ticketing Kiosks are located at Crosley Terrace (2nd & Joe Nuxhall Way) and Gapper's Alley (north side of the ballpark). The original credit card must be used to obtain your tickets.
Reds tickets purchased through other channels and drop-offs may be picked-up at the "paid" will call windows located at the Main Ticket Office at Crosley Terrace. These will call windows open one and half hours prior to scheduled game time.
Photo ID is required to pick-up all tickets at will call.
The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum invites you to take a guided, behind-the-scenes tour of Great American Ball Park that offers visitors exclusive access to many areas of the ballpark that are only accessible as part of the ballpark tour. Highlights include stops in the press box and the Reds dugout and the opportunity to walk on the field behind home plate. During the course of the tour a Reds Hall of Fame Museum Ambassador provides a host of interesting facts about the ballpark and the history of the Reds.
Admission to the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum is included with every ballpark tour ticket and Museum visitors will experience a special exhibit that pays tribute to the Reds' 1990 World Championship team. This interactive and engaging exhibit will transport visitors back to that magical season when the Reds spent every day in first place and stunned the baseball world with a sweep of the heavily favored A's in the World Series.
Daily ballpark tours begin in mid-April and continue through the baseball season. Tickets are $15 for adults and $13 for students and seniors.

Watch the game from the comfort of your climate-controlled suite, or step outside onto the viewing deck and catch all the action on the field. Guests can access the Triple Play Suites by taking the elevator near Section 110 to the Club Level. The three suites hold 25-35 people each and can be combined for larger groups. Package price is $82 per person which includes ticket, buffet meal and beverages. Umbrellas are permitted in the ballpark. For the safety and consideration of your fellow fans, please do not open your umbrella in crowded areas. Please do not obstruct the view of you fellow fans. Those obstructing the view of a fellow fan so will be asked to lower their umbrella.
Guests in need of a wheelchair transport can make their request to the nearest Cincinnati Reds Event Staff Employee, either of the two Fan Accommodation Stations located at Sections 119 and 420 near Gapper's Alley or at any of the First Aid Stations located near Sections 109, 127 or 409.

The Winter Caravan is a four-day event that takes place in late January, allowing fans all across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, & West Virginia the opportunity to meet and greet players and executives from the Cincinnati Reds. As another way of honoring the team's rich history, banners depicting the Reds' five World Series championship years (1919, 1940, 1975, 1976 and 1990) were installed prior to the 2005 season. These are located on the façade in left-field underneath the Machine Room Grille.
