Royals announce halfway to St. Paddy's Day celebration

The Kansas City Royals announce today the details of the club's first Halfway to St. Paddy's Day celebration on Monday, Sept. 17 when the Royals host the Chicago White Sox. Prior to the Royals-White Sox 7:10 p.m. game, the Royals are hosting a St. Paddy's Day-themed Happy Hour from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Brancato's Bullpen near Gate D of Kauffman Stadium. Along with a full Irish menu, the exclusive happy hour will also feature a performance by local Irish music favorite Flannigan's Right Hook.

Access to the Happy Hour and Royals game may be purchased for either $35 per person for Field Box or Field Plaza Tickets (based upon availability) or $25 per person for Outfield Plaza Tickets. The VIP Happy Hour packages include:

  • Access to the VIP Happy Hour at Brancato's Bullpen
  • All-You-Can-Eat Irish Menu
  • Two Drink Tickets
  • Special Happy Hour Drink Prices including $3 16-ounce draft beer until game time

The all-you-can-eat Irish menu includes corned beef and cabbage, bangers (English sausage) and shepherd's pie. There will also be plenty of green draft beer and drink specials available during the happy hour.

In addition, the first 20,000 fans receive a Green Royals Cap, complete with a shamrock. When the gates open, Tullintrain West Pipe Band will entertain fans as they enter the ballpark.
