KANSAS CITY -- The Kansas City Royals are partnering with the American Red Cross and The Salvation Army to provide relief to neighboring areas in the Midwest recently hit by devastating tornadoes and floods. Fans can purchase a View Level Infield ticket for just $12 (regularly $15) for the Friday, July 11 and the Saturday, July 12 games when the Royals host the Seattle Mariners. Game time is set for 7:10 p.m. on Friday and 6:10 p.m. on Saturday. For each $12 View Level Infield ticket sold, $5 will be donated to the American Red Cross or The Salvation Army for the on-going relief efforts.

Donations from Friday's game will benefit the American Red Cross, while proceeds from Saturday's game will support The Salvation Army. Volunteers from the American Red Cross and The Salvation Army will be collecting additional monetary donations at all Kauffman Stadium gates before and during each game.

Fans may purchase specially priced tickets through this offer online at royals.com/relief, by calling 1-800-6ROYALS or by visiting the Kauffman Stadium Ticket Windows and saying "RELIEF."

In addition, the first 20,000 fans in attendance at each game will receive a free Royals promotional item. On Friday, fans will receive a Royals Cowboy Hat courtesy of AT&T and, on Saturday, the club is celebrating Christmas in July with Royals Santa Hats courtesy of MLB 2K8.
