Stadium Tours are available any day of the week by appointment for groups of 10 or more guests. Please call (816) 504-4222 or (816) 504-4298 at least 24 hours in advance to book your event. Public tours are available for purchase online or at the Kauffman Stadium on the following Saturday's:

"The Early Bird" - GAME TOUR - This one hour tour gets you inside The K before the gates open to the public for a front row seat to watch Royals batting practice. Early Bird is also a private guided tour of the Royals Hall of Fame and participants receive their own set of "Official Game Notes."

"The All-Access" - GAME TOUR - On this VIP tour you'll go on-the-field during Royals batting practice and make other unique stops, including the FS-Kansas City TV booth, Royals Radio Network booth and CrownVision videoboard control room as everyone prepares for game time. Then watch the game from Diamond Club Box seats and take home some great souvenirs including an official MLB bat and baseball autographed by a Royals Player. Gather your team and SAVE! Groups of 30 or more will receive a $1 discount per person. Reserve a private tour for your school, church, day care center, business, birthday party or family gathering. Group tours are available Monday through Friday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Reservations are required, and the Tour Department can be reached by phone at 816-504-4222 or e-mail at

"The Party" is 2 hours of fun for everyone, including the adults. Your birthday party package includes:

RSVP with us and your students will have a field trip unlike any other. The Royals Scholastic Victory Program (RSVP) offers a tour of Kauffman Stadium and a hands-on learning experience here at the ballpark for grades 3 through 8. Enjoy a tour of the stadium and experience learning with your students in grades 3 through 8. Each RSVP field trip includes three 20-minute units of instruction of your choice covering Science, Math, Social Studies, Language Arts, Character Education, History and Health & Physical Education. - Tours last from 60-120 minutes and cover a walking distance of 1.5 miles.
- Tours are conducted rain or shine, so dress accordingly.
- The majority of the tour route is NOT air-conditioned.
- Backpacks, large bags and food or drink (except water) are prohibited.
- Cameras, video cameras and bottled water are permitted.
- Cell phones are permitted, provided their use does not interfere with other guest's enjoyment of the tour.
- For safety reason, the use of shoe skates is not allowed.
