AAA COURTESY SERVICE
AAA provides a courtesy truck for guests who experience vehicle trouble. The truck is available from approximately 30 minutes prior to each home game until 45 minutes after each game. Guests may go to Guest Services to arrange AAA courtesy service.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Kauffman Stadium guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. Guest must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and consume alcohol. Proper identification is necessary to purchase any alcoholic beverages. All alcohol sales will conclude in the end of the 8th inning. Stadium Management reserves the right to discontinue sales at any time. Guests will not be allowed to bring alcohol into or out of Kauffman Stadium. Guests will not be permitted to enter the stadium if they appear intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behavior, or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the stadium without refund.
ANTHEM AUDITIONS
Your star could shine brightly right here at Kauffman Stadium. Help us salute our country with a National Anthem performance! Bands, choirs, groups and superstar individuals are all invited to participate in one of baseball's finest traditions.
ATMs
Cash-dispensing machines are available on the Plaza Level behind section 102, in sections 117 & 118 near the stadium stores, and at section 301 on the view level. Service is provided by Commerce Bank.
AUTOGRAPH DAYS
Royals players will host Autograph Afternoons throughout the summer. Select players are available for autographs from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the lower seating bowl of Kauffman Stadium.

BANNERS & SIGNS
Banners may be displayed in the stadium provided the banner/sign does not block the view of others, interfere with the game, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard, or contain political or obscene material. Banners may not be affixed with any type of material that is permanent in nature that alters the facility in any manner or covers any existing stadium signs. Poles and sticks are prohibited. The Royals reserve the right to remove any banner.
BASEBALL BATS
Guests are not permitted to have baseball bats inside Kauffman Stadium. Guests who bring bats to the gates must return them to their cars. Guests who receive bats from players must check them at Guest Services. When available, broken bats may be purchased at stadium novelty stores.
BATTING PRACTICE
Normally, the Royals conduct batting practice from 5:00 p.m. to 5:40 p.m. while visiting teams hit from 5:40 p.m. to 6:25 p.m. for a 7:10 p.m. game. Royals hit from 10:40 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and visiting teams hit from 11:40 a.m. to 12:25 p.m. for a 1:10 p.m. game. Batting practice times are subject to change or cancellation.

CABS
Cabs are available at the intersection of Red Coat Drive and Royal Way just outside Kauffman Stadium near Gate B. Guests may go to Guest Services to order a cab.
CAMERAS
Still and hand-held video cameras are welcome in the stadium, but tripods cannot be set up or block the view of other guests. Flash photography and video reproduction is strictly prohibited.
CHILD ADMISSION
Children 32 inches in height and under do not need a ticket to enter Kauffman Stadium. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Fold-up strollers must be stored under your seat. Fans are encouraged to leave non-folding strollers in the car. Please be aware of those seated around you.
CREDIT CARDS
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted for ticket orders placed on the Royals Charge Card Line (1-800-6-ROYALS), at the Stadium Advance/Future Ticket Windows, Stadium Ticket Booths and on-line. Tickets may be charged up to 24 hours prior to a game on the charge line and will be mailed or placed at a Royals Will Call Window.
CROWN SEATS
Guests interested in purchasing Crown Seats may call the Season Ticket office at 816-921-8000. Crown Seat ticket holders enjoy a number of benefits including meals, snacks and beverages in the exclusive Crown Club, and in-seat wait-service.

DISABLED GUEST SERVICES
For your convenience, there are ample reserved parking spaces available for disabled fans with properly licensed or tagged vehicles. There is also a designated entrance at each gate for easy access into Kauffman Stadium. All restrooms are accessible throughout the stadium. Elevators are available in the lobby of the Royals offices. Reserved locations for wheelchairs with one companion are available in the following locations: Club Box section 238; Dugout Box sections 101, 102 and 105-108; and View Box sections 317 and 318, along with each side of the Outfield Plaza. Transportation wheelchairs are available at each gate (Gates A, B, C & D) should a guest need assistance in reaching their seats. Wheelchairs must be returned once the disabled guest has reached his or her seat.

Arrangements for the wheelchair seating areas may be made in advance by calling the Royals Charge Card Line at 800-6-ROYALS and are subject to ticket availability. These seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible ticket windows are available day of game at all gates.
DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM
Registrants for the Budweiser Designated Good Sport Program must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid Drivers License. In return for promising responsibility for the safe and sober transportation of their group from the Stadium, all participants' names will be entered into a drawing and the winner's name will be displayed/announced on the CrownVision video board. The winner can pick up the prize at Guest Services located in section 103.

Charities and nonprofit organizations seeking support for an upcoming event or program should complete the Donation Request Form » The form must be received four weeks prior to the event. DUGOUT SUITES
Dugout suites seat up to 35 people in each and are available for lease on a single-game basis. Guests must also purchase specially priced tickets for the suite they are leasing. ESCALATORS
Located at Gates A and B, escalators serve both the Club and View Levels. View Level escalators only run upwards. The escalators will not be operated during an emergency evacuation of the stadium or during inclement weather. Guests who have difficulty walking should use the elevators located at 101 Plaza.
EXIT AND RE-ENTRY
To help ensure everyone's safety, the Kansas City Royals have a no re-entry policy at Kauffman Stadium. Guests will be allowed to exit and re-enter the stadium through the Truck Gate in the event an emergency is encountered while attending any event at the stadium. The Truck Gate is located behind section 112 on street level. All guests should remember to have his or her game ticket punched by a Royals associate at the Truck Gate to re-enter the stadium.

FIREWORKS
A burst of fireworks follows each Royals home run. There are firework displays after every Friday night home game (weather and wind conditions permitting).

Fans in need of first aid assistance can visit the Royals First Aid Station, located between sections 101 and 102 on the field level concourse.

FIRST PITCH
First pitch opportunities are provided to corporate sponsors, dignitaries or Royals Charities auction opportunities. The most common way for a person to throw out a first pitch is through a large group that visits the stadium. Groups of 500 or more are allowed the opportunity to have a representative throw out a first pitch. For information on bringing a group to the game, please visit the Groups Sales Information page or contact the Group Sales Department at 816.504.4040.
FOOD AND DRINK
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests at the ballpark, large bags, coolers, alcoholic beverages or other liquid containers are not permitted. Guests may bring food and water into the stadium, provided the water is in a plastic bottle or cup and the food is packaged in soft-sided containers that do not exceed the maximum size of 16x16x8 inches. Purses and diaper bags (with accompanying infants) will be permitted, provided they do not exceed the maximum size.

FOUL BALLS
Guests are permitted to keep foul balls. However, guests must not enter the playing area or lean over the rails to retrieve baseballs.
FUN RUN
Following each Sunday afternoon, home game, field conditions permitting, all fans can run once around the bases on the field courtesy of Sprint. A parent or guardian should escort young children. The fans line up on the spiral ramp at Gate B beginning at the seventh-inning stretch.
FUND-RAISING OPPORTUNITIES

FUTURE GAME TICKET WINDOW
Future game tickets are available during games at the Future Game Ticket Window, 102 Plaza. The window is open until 30 minutes after the last out of the game.

Ticket turnstiles into the stadium open 1.5 hours before game time for Sunday-Thursday games. On Friday & Saturday gates open 2 hours before game time. Stadium services are available once gates open.

Guests are welcome to address questions or concerns before or during the game in Guest Services, located behind section 103 on the Plaza Level. The office is available at gate opening and closes approximately 15 minutes after game ending.

PAGING SERVICES
Paging is available for extreme medical emergency situations only. Should an emergency exist, please contact a Royals associate or go to Guest Services, located behind section 103 on the Plaza Level. Please leave your seat location with babysitters so a Royals associate may locate you, should the need arise.
PARKING
Parking spaces are available for vehicles and buses. The Truman Sports Complex provides spaces reserved for vehicles displaying disabled permits or tags. The complex exceeds in the number of disabled parking spaces required by the ADA. Parking is $9 for cars and motorcycles, $11 for oversized vehicles and $15 for buses and empty tractor-trailers. An oversized vehicle is any vehicle that takes up more than one parking space. In case of a rainout, parking is refundable and season ticket holders receive a new parking pass.

PETS

RADIOS/TELEVISIONS
Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome at Kauffman Stadium as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. The Royals reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue the use of such devices.
RAINOUTS
In the event five (5) innings of the game are not played (except when the home team is leading at the end of 4 1/2 innings) and the game is rescheduled, this ticket will be honored for admission to the officially rescheduled game (location of this ticket - section, row and seat - carries over to the rescheduled game). In the event that the game is cancelled (and not rescheduled) or played as part of a "traditional" doubleheader (one admission for both games), the Kansas City Royals will publicize specific directions and guidelines for ticket exchange. Should a special event/promotion be cancelled for reasons or developments beyond the control of the Royals, there will be no refunds or exchanges. This ticket is good only for this particular game and no part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure of the holder to use it for this game.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
There is no re-entry permitted for any event held at Kauffman Stadium. Once a fan has exited through the stadium gates, they are not permitted back into the stadium unless it is an emergency situation.
RENOVATIONS
For the safety of our guests during the construction process throughout the 2008 season, there are several areas to the stadium that are closed off to the general public. These areas are enclosed by walls and chain link fences and guests are NOT permitted at any time in the enclosed-off construction areas. The Royals thank you for your patience and understanding during this exciting time of Kauffman Stadium renovations. The following items are prohibited from Kauffman Stadium:

- Wrapped presents and/or gifts of any kind*
*Please note that if you have a planned party of any kind that includes gifts, we advise either wrapping the gift item at Kauffman Stadium after the item has been inspected or place the unboxed gift item in a gift bag. Our security staff will ask guests to open any wrapped items.
If any of the above items are discovered at our gates, our security staff members will ask that you return these items to your vehicle or be thrown away. Prohibited items will not be stored at the gates or guest services.

Sluggerrr, the Royals mascot, makes numerous public appearances throughout the season. Sluggerrr is available for corporate events, charity fundraisers, birthdays or other private parties. Through Royal Rallies, Sluggerrr visits area elementary schools stressing the importance of staying in school, avoiding drugs, getting involved in positive activities, and using 'Royal' manners. SMOKING

TICKET SCALPING
