
The Royals Radio Network, one of the largest in Major League Baseball, will broadcast all of the Kansas City Royals regular season games in 2010. The network will also broadcast a 20-game Spring Training schedule. All games will be heard on the Royals' Kansas City affiliate, 610 Sports Radio-KCSP. 610 Sports Radio's sister station, 980 News Radio KMBZ will broadcast all Sunday regular season games. The Royals and 610 Sports Radio entered into a new five-year agreement prior to the 2008 season.
The Royals Radio Network is made up of 93 affiliates throughout the Midwest in eight states. Royals Hall of Famer and 2007 Ford C. Frick Award winner Denny Matthews and Bob Davis will be behind the microphone for their 42nd and 14th seasons, respectively. Davis is in his third season in the radio booth after spending his first 11 seasons primarily on Royals television. Steve Stewart joins Denny and Bob in the booth for his third season with the club.
