Lora Grosshans, Senior Director-Publicity

Lora Grosshans is in her 14th year with the Royals and 7th as the club's Senior Director of Publicity. In addition to promoting various club programs and activities, Grosshans also works extensively on player relations and team events such as Royals FanFest.

Grosshans joined the Royals in 2000 as a media relations intern and was hired full time in 2001. She was named Manager-Media Relations in 2003 and Director of Public Relations in 2005 before being assuming her current position.

Grosshans graduated summa cum laude from Kansas State University in 1999 with a degree in journalism & mass communications. While at K-State, she worked in the sports information department and also interned with the United States Olympic Committee. She resides in Overland Park, Kan.
