Royals FanPass Digital Ticketing is an alternative delivery method for managing your Seating inventory vs. receiving "Traditional Paper" tickets. Seat Locations are managed through an online registered "My Royals Tickets" account. Once you have registered your FanPass Blue Card or credit card, you may proceed directly to the entry gates when you arrive at the ballpark. Just present your registered card at any scanner for admission. After your FanPass Blue Card or credit card is swiped you will receive a Seat Locator Slip for each ticket. You must retain this slip and keep it with you until you exit the ballpark.
Your card will NOT be charged again, it is simply used as an identifier. Also, you must be certain to present the same credit card you registered at the gates.
Your card information is secured; everything is encrypted end-to-end, additionally the expiration date, security code, billing info, etc., are not required.
Yes, the seat locator slip has a printed barcode that's accepted at the participating concession stands.
A Royals FanPass scanner is available at every Kauffman Stadium gate.
Enter as normal. The ticket taker will swipe your FanPass Blue Card or credit card with the scanner and a slip of paper with your seat location will print out for you to use. It is the same concept as picking up your boarding pass at an airport kiosk.
Your parking will be self-transferred automatically when selecting each game date selection box. Barcodes on your physical parking passes that were mailed to the address on your account will now be invalidated, however, by self-transferring parking you will gain access electronically.
To specifically exclude parking from the self-transfer option you must expand the game date selection box and click on each parking box. This will allow your physical parking for the selected game date to remain validated.
It's easy. Log into your registered "My Royals Tickets" account; designate an individual along with their email address to forward your seats for free. There is no additional charge when forwarding. All, or a portion of your seats may be forwarded.
As many as you would like, provided that you do not exceed the number of seats in your account. Please remember to only forward what you do not plan on using yourself.
Once you, the account holder, have forwarded your seats the recipient will receive an email and have the option of digital delivery in which they would be required to register a card, or elect to use the Print at Home option and print paper tickets at that time.
If your party does not enter the stadium at the same time then you will have to hang out until everyone gets there or forward individual tickets to each member of your party beforehand. Forwarding is an easy process that will allow your guests to claim a ticket with their own credit card. If you do keep your tickets on one card, your entire party must enter at the same time the card is swiped.
The FanPass Blue Card or credit card on which you have loaded your tickets IS your ticket; so do not leave it at home. If you have any issues at the gate, please visit the Ticket Office.
Don't worry, you can still get in! You can easily manage your available IDs within My Royals Account. Just login to My Royals Account, load your new card, and transfer your tickets.
