Join the Kansas City Royals and Autism Speaks to help raise awareness for Autism Spectrum Disorders on Autism Awareness Night at Kauffman Stadium on Saturday, April 13, against the Toronto Blue Jays. Autism is a complex developmental disability that typically appears during the first three years of lie and is the result of a neurological disorder that affects functioning of the brain, impacting development in the areas of social interaction and communication skills. The Royals, Major League Baseball, and Autism Speaks have joined forces to create a fun, safe, and family friendly environment for families who are a part of the Speaks family. A portion of each ticket sold will benefit Autism Speaks.
Tickets will be available for purchase online only leading up to the event on April 13. Specific sections in the Fountain area and Outfield Box have been blocked off for this event.
