  1. E-mail ticketservices@royals.com from the e-mail address on your Season Ticket Account with any contact information updates and include your account number
  2. Fax your request including your account number to Royals Ticket Service Department - (816) 504-4142
  3. Mail your request including your account number to: Royals Ticket Services Department, 1 Royal Way, Kansas City, MO 64129
  4. You can change your address through the Edit Information option on My Royals Tickets

2010 Season Ticket Exchange Program

ticket windowWith Season Tickets now in hand, you may take advantage of the Royals flexible Season Ticket Exchange Program. Below are instructions on how to exchange your tickets and parking. As an added feature for the 2010 season the Royals will allow Season Ticket Holders to exchange live or unused reserve parking for reserved parking for exchanged games. Exchanges for reserved parking will be subject to capacity.

  • The Season Ticket Exchange program is exclusive for Full Season, 41-game, 21-game, Buy 2 Get 2 Season Ticket Holders only.
  • Tickets and Parking exchanges will be allowed beginning March 22, 2010.
  • The total number of tickets and/or parking included must equal the total number of tickets and/or parking requested for exchange.
  • Tickets and parking can be exchanged by contacting the Ticket Services Department via phone at (816) 504-4040, option 3 or via e-mail at ticketservices@royals.com or by mail. You may also exchange tickets at the Kauffman Stadium Ticket Windows. Immediate exchange may not be available at the Ticket Windows during home games.
  • Future game tickets must be exchanged at least 72 hours prior to the game held by the Season Ticket Holder (i.e. the tickets being turned in by the Season Ticket Holder). Ticket and parking within 5 business days of selection will be held at the Kauffman Stadium WILL CALL window for pick up. All other exchanges will be mailed to address provided at time of exchange.
  • Tickets are exchanged on a best-available basis for seats of an equal or lesser value. New tickets and parking exchanged must be equivalent to the same number of tickets and parking returned.
  • Live and unused tickets/parking may only be exchanged one time for a newly selected gamedate. Once an exchange is made for specific game, tickets/parking may not be exchanged for another live game.
  • Exchanges will not be available for 'Premium Games'. For 2010 this includes (April 5th, 9th-11th, June 25th-27th, or Aug. 12th -15th).
  • Unused Tickets (i.e. tickets for past games that were not used) may be exchanged for any Sunday-Thursday game excluding premium dates (April 5th, 9th-11th, June 25-27, or Aug. 12-15) .
  • Thursday game excluding premium dates (April 5th, 9th-11th, June 25-27, or Aug. 12-15) .
  • Tickets for Sunday - Thursday games not yet played may be exchanged for any other Sunday -Thursday game (excluding premium dates). Tickets for Friday and Saturday games not yet played may be exchanged for any game throughout the season (excluding premium dates).
  • Unused and past Reserved Parking passes may be exchanged for reserved parking passes equivalent to your season ticket plan and based on availability.
  • Tickets and parking exchanged over the phone, e-mail, or mailed in will be mailed to the Season Ticket Holder unless otherwise requested. Season Ticket Holders will be provided with exchanged tickets immediately when processing the transaction at the Kauffman Stadium Ticket Windows. Immediate exchange may not be available at the Ticket Windows during home games.

Lost or stolen tickets

Stolen season tickets will be replaced only when the Season Seat Holder of record presents an official police report to the Kansas City Royals Ticket Office. These replacement season tickets will be honored over the season tickets originally issued.

If your season tickets are lost, left at home, or an incorrect ticket is presented for admission, replacement tickets may be issued at the sole discretion of the Kansas City Royals Ticket Office. Replacement tickets will be issued only to the Season Seat Holder of record, or Season Ticket Holder Partner listed on the Season Ticket Account.
