We have two options to change your address information.
- Fax 816.504.4143 or mail in a request to Royals Season Ticket Office, 1 Royal Way, Kansas City, MO 64129. Your request should include account number name, old address, new address, telephone numbers, email address and authorized signature.
- You can change your address through the Edit Information option on My Royals Tickets.

- 2008 Season Ticket Exchange Program

Royals Season Ticket Holders may take advantage of the Exchange Program to trade in unused tickets or exchange future games for alternate dates during the 2008 season. Details of the Exchange Program vary based on ticket package and are identified below.

Friday and Saturday future game tickets may be exchanged for any yet-to-be played Royals regular season home game*.
Sunday thru Thursday future game tickets may be exchanged for any yet-to be-played Sunday-Thursday Royals regular season home game*.

Season Ticket Holders may exchange past game tickets for any yet-to-be played Sunday-Thursday Royals home game*. Unused tickets also may be exchanged for ticket vouchers that can be redeemed at a later date (same restrictions apply).
* Blackout Dates include the Yankees, Cardinals and Red Sox Series

- Buy 2 Get 2 and 13 -Game Season Ticket Holders may exchange future and past game tickets for any of the following 12 Royals regular season home games:

- Season Ticket Exchange Policies
- Tickets can be dropped off at the Royals Ticket Office for exchange. Exchanges will be left in willcall or mailed to the customer
- Future game tickets must be exchanged at least 72 hours prior to the game held by the Season Ticket Holder (i.e. the tickets being turned in by the Season Ticket Holder)
- Tickets are exchanged on a best-available basis for seats of an equal or lesser value.
- Unused and past Reserved Parking passes may be exchanged for non-reserved parking passes.
- Exchanged tickets or vouchers will be mailed to the account holder for future games

- Lost or stolen tickets

Stolen season tickets will be replaced only when the Season Seat Holder of record presents an official police report to the Kansas City Royals Ticket Office. These replacement season tickets will be honored over the season tickets originally issued.
If your season tickets are lost, left at home, or an incorrect ticket is presented for admission, replacement tickets may be issued at the sole discretion of the Kansas City Royals Ticket Office. Replacement tickets will be issued only to the Season Seat Holder of record.

Season Ticket Books

Included in the back of your 2007 season ticket booklet are additional tickets for any divisional tiebreaker or rescheduled game. Please note that you have not been charged for these additional tickets. In the event of a tiebreaker or rescheduled game you will be billed for these tickets. If no tiebreaker or rescheduled game is played, the additional tickets may be discarded at the conclusion of the season.

- Parking Books

Included in each parking booklet are passes labeled X and Y, which are to be used for a divisional tiebreaker or rescheduled game, if necessary. You have not been charged for these additional parking passes. In the event there is a tiebreaker or rescheduled game, you will be billed for these parking passes. If no tiebreaker or rescheduled game is played, the additional parking passes may be discarded at the conclusion of the season.
