Season Ticket Redemption Program

Policy

• The Unused Past Game Ticket Redemption Program is only available for Season Ticket Holders with a traditional 81, 41 or 21 game season ticket plan.
• The Kansas City Royals reserve the right to add or remove available redemption dates based on attendance.
• 81 game Season Ticket Holders may choose any of the 20 pre-selected game dates.
• 41 game Season Ticket Holders may choose up to 18 of the pre-selected game dates.
• 21 game Season Ticket Holders may choose up to 12 of the pre-selected game dates.
• Only unused past game season tickets may be redeemed for new tickets. Future game tickets may not be redeemed.
• No game exceptions or substitutions will be allowed.
• Redemption tickets will be assigned for seats of an equal or lesser value and are subject to availability.
• Unused season tickets/parking may only be redeemed one (1) time for a newly selected game. Once redemption is made for a specific game, season tickets/parking may not be redeemed for another future game.
• Only the Account Holder of Record or Partner on Account will be allowed to redeem tickets and a maximum of ten (10) tickets may be redeemed per game and are based on availability.
• Premier game dates are excluded from the redemption program.

In Person

• Season Ticket Holders may redeem tickets at the Kauffman Stadium Ticket Windows on non-game days during normal business hours.
• Ticket redemption for any game will be cut off on all home game dates three (3) hours prior to game time.

• Season Ticket redemption may be requested through the Ticket Services Department by contacting (816) 504-4040 option 3 or ticketservices@royals.com.
