2. How do I create an account on MLB.com?

To create an account, click on the word Register in the grey bar at the top or bottom of any page on MLB.com. In the Login or Register page, select "I don't have an MLB.com account", and complete the requested fields. Before you click Login, make sure to double-check the spelling of your e-mail address. Keep in mind that passwords are case sensitive.

3. I was an MLB.TV/Gameday Audio subscriber in a previous season, and want to subscribe again, am I a new user?

No, you should sign in as an existing account holder. If you do not remember your password, you can click on the Forgot Your Password link. If your e-mail address or any other information has changed, you can update your account once you have logged in.

4. How do I change my e-mail address?

From the top of any MLB.com page, click Login. Select "I already have an MLB.com account" and enter your current e-mail address and password, then click Login.

In the My Profile page that opens once you have logged in, under the "Account Information" section, click on the "Change" link above your e-mail address on the top of the page. In the window that opens after you click on the link, enter your new e-mail address and click "Save Email".

5. How do I change my password?

Log in to your MLB.com account or if you already logged in click on the "My Account" link that appears in the grey bar on the top of any MLB.com page.

In the My Profile page that opens once you have logged in or clicked on the My Account link, under the "Account Information" section, click on the "Change" link to the right of where it says "Password" on the top of the page. In the window that opens after you click on the link, enter your current password, as well as your new password (twice to confirm the spelling) and then click "Save Password". Keep in mind that passwords are case sensitive.

6. How do I change my nickname?

Log in to your MLB.com account or if you already logged in click on the "My Account" link that appears in the grey bar on the top of any MLB.com page.

In the My Profile page that opens once you have logged in or clicked on the My Account link, under the "Personal Information" section, click on the "Change" link to the right of where it says "Nickname" in the middle section of the page. In the window that opens after you click on the link, enter the new nickname you would like and then click "Save Nickname".

7. What should I do if I forget my password?

From the top of any MLB.com page, click Login. On the following page, click on the Forgot Your Password link. This will reset your password to a randomly generated one that will be e-mailed to the address you use for your MLB.com account. Check your email and use the password sent to you to log in to the account. Once you are logged in, follow the instructions from the answer to question number five to set up a new password.

8. I clicked Forgot Your Password and did not receive a new password e-mail.

If you have a spam filter enabled on your e-mail account, then the e-mail with your new password may have been marked as spam. Check your spam folder for the email. If there was a typo in your e-mail address when you signed up or you no longer have access to the e-mail address you signed up with, than you should e-mail passwordhelp@website.mlb.com or call Customer Support toll free in the U.S. at (866) 800-1275.

9. How can I subscribe or unsubscribe to e-mail newsletters and alerts?

Log in to your MLB.com account or if you already logged in, click on the "My Account" link that appears in the grey bar on the top of any MLB.com page. On the "My Profile" page, click on "My Newsletters" in the panel along the left side of the page. On the following page click "Update". On the next page, you can select or deselect the newsletters you would like to subscribe to, when you are finished click on the "Save Subscriptions" button.

10. How can I save or update my billing information?

Log in to your MLB.com account or if you already logged in, click on the "My Account" link that appears in the grey bar on the top of any MLB.com page. On the "My Profile" page, click on "My Wallet" in the panel along the left side of the page. Fill out all of the required information on this page and then click on the "Save My Wallet" button. You can save additional billing options by clicking on the "Create New" button on the top right of this page. The different billing options are distinguished by what you enter in the "Label" field.
