1. How do I create an account on MLB.com?

To create an account, click Register | Login link at the top or bottom of any page on MLB.com. In the Login or Register window, please select the "I don't have an MLB.com account" option and complete the requested fields.. Before you click Login, please be sure to double-check your e-mail address. Also, please remember that passwords are case sensitive.

2. I was a subscriber last year and want to subscribe again, am I a new user?

No and welcome back. Please sign in as an existing accountholder. If you don't remember your password you can click on the Forgot Your Password link. If your e-mail address or other information has changed, you can update your account once you are logged in.

3. How do I change my e-mail address or my nickname?

Changing your e-mail address:

  1. From the top or bottom of any MLB.com page, click Register | Login
  2. After you select "I already have an MLB.com account", enter your existing e-mail address and your password and click Login
  3. From the left hand side of the page, select Email Preferences
  4. In the Update Email window, enter your new e-mail address and your password and click Save

Changing your nickname:

  1. From the top or bottom of any MLB.com page, click Register | Login
  2. After you select "I already have an MLB.com account", enter your existing e-mail address and your password and click Login
  3. From the left hand side of the page, select Nickname Preferences
  4. In the Update Nickname window, enter your new nickname and your password and click Save

4. What should I do if I forget my password?

Clicking on the Forgot Your Password link causes your password to be reset to one that is randomly generated. The new password is then e-mailed to the address under which you registered. Please delete your temporary Internet files and cookies (see Tech FAQ #6), and open a fresh browser before using the new password. Type www.mlb.com in the address bar of your browser and then click Register | Login at the top or bottom of the page.

5. I clicked Forgot Your Password and nothing happened.

If you have a Spam blocker, then the automatically generated e-mail with your reset password may be blocked. If there was a typo in your e-mail address when you signed up or if your e-mail address has changed and you haven't updated your account, you will not receive your password. If this happens please e-mail passwordhelp@website.mlb.com or call Customer Support toll free in the U.S. at (866) 800-1275.

6. How do I change my password?

  1. From the top or bottom of any MLB.com page, click Register| Log In
  2. Enter your e-mail address and your current or temporary password and click Login
  3. From the left hand side of the page, select Password Preferences
  4. Enter your current or temporary password under Current Password
  5. Enter your new password. You will be asked to reenter your new password for confirmation
  6. Click Save

7. How do I add, change or cancel e-mail newsletters and alerts?

  1. From the top or bottom of any MLB.com page, click Register| Log In
  2. Enter your e-mail address and password and click Login
  3. From the left hand side of the page, select Newsletter Preferences
  4. The screen will show each of the MLB.com newsletters and alerts to which you have subscribed
  5. Should you want to add, change or cancel certain newsletters and alerts, simply click Update and select or deselect the newsletters and alerts to which you wish to subscribe and click Save

8. How do I manage my wallet within my Account?
