Grady Sizemore led off the game with a home run, Jhonny Peralta added an RBI single in the first, and the Indians never looked back, defeating the Yankees, 6-4, in Game 4 of the ALDS. Instead of returning to Cleveland for Game 5, they'll play the Red Sox in the ALCS on Friday in Boston.
David Ortiz and Manny Ramirez hit back-to-back homers for the first time this season as the Red Sox completed an ALDS sweep with a 9-1 win over the Angels.
