Milwaukee Brewers third baseman Ryan Braun, who led all N.L. rookies with 21 RBI, has been voted the National League Rookie of the Month for June, while Kansas City Royals pitcher Brian Bannister, who went 5-1 during the month, has earned American League Rookie of the Month honors.

Braun hit six home runs, tying him for first among N.L. rookies while recording a .716 slugging percentage and a .435 on base percentage.
