CITY UNION MISSION - Tuesday, November 19

A group of Royals associates will be serving a Thanksgiving feast at the Family Center, located at 1310 Wabash in Kansas City, Mo., beginning at noon. Sluggerrr will also be in attendance to greet families. Meanwhile, Guthrie and Royals associates will help serve meals at the Men's Center, located at 1108 E. 10th St., at 12:30 p.m.

The Christian ministry receives no government support, but rather relies solely on support from individuals, churches, foundations, organizations and businesses. Through their two locations, which are both open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, City Union Mission offers half of the emergency shelter beds in downtown Kansas City.
