Omaha Storm Chasers (33-29)

Oklahoma City 5, Omaha 2
LP: Sugar Ray Marimon (4-3)

Omaha's four-game winning streak was halted by the RedHawks. Marimon worked a season-low 2 1/3 innings, striking out three while allowing five runs, seven hits and two walks. Whit Merrifield made his Triple-A debut, driving in both Omaha runs on a triple in the seventh. Justin Maxwell posted a double, two walks and a run. He's batting .327 (17-for-52) with the Storm Chasers.

NW Arkansas Naturals (20-40)

Arkansas 3, NW Arkansas 0
LP: Sam Selman (3-4)

The Naturals were blanked in the opener of a four-game set. No. 3 prospect Jorge Bonifacio, Orlando Calixte, Cheslor Cuthbert, Max Ramirez and Justin Trapp recorded singles. Selman took a shutout into the sixth, striking out three while allowing three runs, three hits, and five walks over six innings plus three batters.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (29-32)

Potomac 6, Wilmington 1
LP: Sean Manaea (2-5)

The Blue Rocks were held to three hits in a road loss. Jack Lopez led off the third with a single, stole second and scored on Daniel Rockett's single. The 1-0 lead was relinquished in the home half as Potomac plated four off of Manaea (4 2/3 innings, three hits, three earned runs, four walks, five strikeouts). Potomac starter John Simms struck out 14 over seven innings. The six-game home-and-home set wraps up on Sunday.

Lexington Legends (26-36)

Lexington 6, Augusta 5 (10 innings)
WP: Matt Alvarez (2-1)

Dominique Taylor doubled home Ramon Torres in the 10th, lifting Lexington to a road win. The first 10 runs scored by the third inning. Torres was 3-for-4 with two doubles, two runs and an RBI, upping his season average to .332. Jose Miguel Rodriguez (three innings) and Alvarez (two innings) held Augusta scoreless in relief.
