Omaha Storm Chasers (42-34)

Omaha 7, El Paso 6 (10 innings)

Omaha walked off on Johnny Giavotella's two-run single in the 10th. Giavotella had three RBIs on the night. Whit Merrifield was 4-for-6 with two runs. Brian Bocock added three hits and two runs. Starter Aaron Brooks (6 1/3 innings, 10 hits, five runs, four earned runs, one walk, three strikeouts) held El Paso scoreless over his final 3 1/3 innings. Casey Coleman followed with 1 2/3 innings of relief.

NW Arkansas Naturals (3-3 second half, 28-48 overall)

Tulsa 10, NW Arkansas 6

HR: None

Northwest Arkansas dropped a third straight to finish 1-3 vs. Tulsa. Starter Sam Selman (five innings, five hits, four earned runs, one walk, three strikeouts) carried a shutout into his fifth and final inning. Cheslor Cuthbert, Hunter Dozier, Micah Gibbs and Mark Threlkeld all had two hits and a run apiece. Jorge Bonifacio, Ethan Chapman, Angel Franco and Gibbs each drove in a run. The Naturals are off tonight. The Arkansas Travelers will host the Texas League All-Star Game tomorrow.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (2-2 second half, 35-37 overall)

Wilmington 2, Frederick 1 (10 innings)
WP: Yender Caramo (2-4)

HR: Bubba Starling (4)

Bubba Starling's 10th-inning home run lifted Wilmington to an opening win at Frederick. Starling recorded his fourth straight multihit game, going 2-for-5. The seventh-ranked Royals prospect earned Carolina League Player of the Week honors on Monday. 16th-ranked prospect Zane Evans walked three times, including a game-tying freebie in the eighth. Starter Jonathan Dziedzic fanned seven while holding the Keys to a run on seven hits and two walks over six innings.

Lexington Legends (1-3 second half, 30-44 overall)

Delmarva 10, Lexington 2
LP: Matt Tenuta (2-7)
HR: None

Lexington finished with a 1-3 mark at Delmarva. The Shorebirds plated two in the second and fourth, along with six in the third. Frank Schwindel doubled in his first at-bat and singled home Lexington's first run. 10th-ranked Royals prospect Elier Hernandez added an RBI single. The road trip continues tonight at Hagerstown (Nationals).

Idaho Falls Chukars (2-5)

Grand Junction 5, Idaho Falls 1
LP: Bryan Brickhouse (0-1)
HR: None

The Chukars were held to one run after scoring 12 on Saturday. Grand Junction scored three in the first off of Brickhouse (two innings, four hits, three earned runs, two walks, three strikeouts). Logan Davis posted three hits, including a double. He's the son of former Royal and current Idaho Falls pitching coach Mark Davis. Brandon Thomasson added two hits.

Burlington Royals (1-3)

Burlington 12, Bristol 3
WP: Julio Pinto (1-0)
SV: Yunior Marte (1)
HR: Brandon Dulin (3), Chase Vallot (1)

The B-Royals scored in every inning except the first, earning their first win of the year. Vallot scored three times and hit his first professional home run. He was the 40th overall pick this month. Cristian Cano had three hits, two RBIs and two runs. Dulin added a solo homer.
