Royals denied sweep
Indians 10, Royals 3
Jorge De La Rosa allowed a career-high nine runs over 4 1/3 innings. (AP)
The Royals were denied their first series sweep of the season, as left-hander Jorge De La Rosa had a rare rough home start. He allowed nine runs and uncharacteristically walked seven batters in 4 1/3 innings as the Royals' three-game winning streak ended. Esteban German, however, was a bright spot, matching a career-high with four hits.
