Cleveland rallied in the middle-to-late innings to make it a close contest against Kansas City, but five early runs off C.C. Sabathia, who could not pick up his 13th win, were too much for the Tribe to overcome. Ryan Garko, the hero in Game 1 of the series, launched a two-run homer in the sixth inning.
