The Nos. 3-6 hitters in the Royals lineup produced 10 of Kansas City's 13 hits, knocking in five runs for Gil Meche, who earned his sixth win of the season on five-plus innings. Emil Brown's three-run homer off Indians lefty C.C. Sabathia in the third inning was the big blow of the night.
