The Rangers dropped their second straight game to the Royals in Kansas City, as Kevin Millwood lasted only 2 2/3 innings and gave up nine hits and six runs while throwing 77 pitches. Nelson Cruz hit two homers in a losing effort, his fourth and fifth of the season.
